Here are this week’s humanities happenings across the state. It’s especially exciting that N. Scott Momaday is coming to Riverton, so if you happen to reside in that area, check him out!
And in Powell, Preetmohan Singh will lead a discussion of his film A Dream in Doubt, which explores the circumstances of the first post-9/11 hate murder and the perseverance of the victim’s family through the tragedy. It’s a rare opportunity to talk to the producer after seeing a film, and Mr. Singh seems like a very interesting person, so please, if you’re in or around Powell, take a look!
